Here we answer frequently asked questions:
1. “Where can I find a SPORT 2000 rent?”
With 600 shops across Austria, Germany, Switzerland, Italy, Czech Republic, France and Andorra, SPORT 2000 is one of the largest distribution organisations. You can find listings of all shops under the menu bar “shops”. You can also just type the first letters of the desired winter sports resort in the box and a list of locations comes up automatically.
2. “Are poles included in the rental equipment?”
Yes, poles are included.
3. “Are there any additional processing or transaction fees?”
No, there are no additional booking, processing or transaction fees. This makes us one of the few providers that do not charge additional fees.
4. “What payment methods can I use?”
You can pay by credit card or by electronic debit (Austria, Germany).
5. “Do I have to bring the booking confirmation to the SPORT 2000 rent shop?”
Yes. You have to bring the booking confirmation (voucher) you received after payment, to your SPORT 2000 rent shop. On handing over the booking confirmation (voucher) you are given the specially adapted rental equipment.
6. “Is product cover included in the booking?”
In general you can purchase product cover in the SPORT 2000 rent shops. In certain shops, such as in our stores in Switzerland, product cover is offered through our web page. In a number of selected rental shops the product cover is included in the rental price. If this is the case, then this is indicated on the voucher.
7. “How do I know if a booking is confirmed?”
After step 6 ‘check’ follows step 7 for payment. After you have completed your payment, either by credit card or electronic payment, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Then you will know that the reservation was successful.
8. “Where can I find the address and telephone number of the SPORT 2000 rent Shop?”
Address and telephone number of the SPORT 2000 rent shop and a Google Map with the shops location, are listed on the booking confirmation/voucher.
9. “How can I change or cancel my booking?”
During the booking process you can change the booking easily by skipping between the various booking steps.

10.”Can I book by phone?”
No. Bookings are only possible through our web page www.sport2000rent.at or
www.sport2000rent.com
11. “Can I undertake group bookings on the web page?”
Group bookings are made in the same way as individual bookings.
12. “How much do I save by booking through Sport 2000 rent rather than booking on location?
The savings by booking online rather than booking locally are listed in the 3rd booking step (difference between normal price and online price). You save about 10% in comparison to local bookings.
13. “Where can I find the price list of a rental dealer?”
You can find the gross price list in the ‘Price’ tab.
14. “What do the different quality categories mean (3stars, 4 stars, 5 stars, 6 stars)?”
A description of the quality categories and of all rental products can be found in the ‘rental equipment’ tab.
15. “What rental products (skis, boards, poles, helmets, fun products…) does SPORT 2000 offer?”
Each rental store carries an individual range of rental products. You can see this in the 3rd booking step under ‘Products’
